as a temporary workaround i'd say run the app with native riched20, until
someone fixes the bug.

Mike, that's what I've been trying to say.
1. I didn't know about the builtin msi component
2. Obviously now that I know there is one, I'll use that instead (unless there
is some reason not to.)
3. Having tried it, it seems to work somewhat better than the win98 msi
4. Leave the bug invalid.

Fixed with 0.9.8 Now no dll overrides are nessecary for launching solidworks 2005.
But it still crashes just after displaying correctly main screen...
As there are some ole errors, i suspect problems during msi installation.
So first one have to analyze msi install and find out if there are problems here
with ddl registration...

this error is obtained when trying to run the installer of the program.
after downloading the program from the above url, use
unace e kit51ST7ARM_743_.exe
and then
wine Install.exe
and you should be able to get the same error.

it' a speed-learning application however i use very very old version because i
think it's the best one it's version 7 (somethink like 1997 edition)
they already offer version 2000 for free so i guess i can email u the program

with wine CVS 20060306 I can finally execute the SETUP.EXE
but it does nothing
looks like this SETUP.EXE is just a programm that execute the REAL
setup.exe in a subfolder

The cursor changes now work after the move of D3D8 to WineD3D. Verified with
latest CVS.
