The arts library that wine uses is broken so not using the wine arts driver doesn't cause the arts library to crash. Again, it is the arts library that is crashing which causes the wine application using that library to also crash. I have only tried 256*1024*1024 and that works, 128*1024*1024 might work as well. I get the badmach error when using an unpatched 0.9.10, and also with a patched 0.9.11. The 0.9.10 patch modifies wgl.c, which the other patches don't.
