I've just sent a patch that implements WM_SETFONT. ES_PASSWORD support will be
added some other day.

It was under advisement from Stefano, but whatever you think is best. The bug
you marked as a duplicate though may have the solution to the problem where as
this thread doesn't though...

Correct. The arts library that wine uses is broken so not using the wine arts
driver doesn't cause the arts library to crash. Again, it is the arts library
that is crashing which causes the wine application using that library to also
crash. Fix arts (or don't use it) and the problem goes away.

Created an attachment (id=2735)
--> (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=2735&action=view)
crash log with disabled sound drivers
I removed the sound driver file. Test it: again a crash.
Then i started winecfg and disabled sound drivers.
I tested it again with a crash as result. This is the log of the last crash,
with disabled sound.

Ok, thanks to stefand on #WineHQ I have a solution to this issue:
Line 74 in dlls/wined3d/device.c needs to set a higher amount of video RAM. I
have only tried 256*1024*1024 and that works, 128*1024*1024 might work as well.
Apparently the game did run out of memory.

You are right, I did not think about the differences between the various
patches. I get the badmach error when using an unpatched 0.9.10, and also
with a patched 0.9.11.
The 0.9.10 patch modifies wgl.c, which the other patches don't. Still, this
BadMatch error is a Wine problem, but not a regression.
