The backtrace should appear after the "starting debugger..." line. Check that the debugger registry value is set, HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AeDebug should have a value named "debugger" set to "winedbg --auto %ld %ld", and a value named "auto" set to 1.
