I have the french version so I am not sure the following names are those used in the US version. If you want to use unicode with dreamweaver : - go to Settings->New Document and select UTF-8 as default codepage - go to Settings->Fonts : be sure that fonts parameters are set to Unicode and (the most important) DON'T use dynamic font mapping.
