I confirm the bug first appeared in 0.9.16.
Any further testing ? Any way to narrow it down to a particular commit or patch?

You could try with the native dll dinput.dll. Moreover, it would be useful to
attach a log with WINEDEBUG=+dinput,+keyboard for the developpers .

Adding a little more informtion....
Some numeric keys do work but they don't seem to function the same in windows,
there seems to be two separate symptoms and it may be something to do with
numeric lock, however the problem described as regards the 0 key remains true.

Summary: Numeric keypad keys do not work in WoW or only work
once.
Product: Wine
Version: 0.9.22.
Platform: PC
URL: http://appdb.winehq.org/appview.php?iVersionId=5606
OS/Version: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: wine-resources
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: nlaw(a)nildram.co.uk
The numeric keypad does not work in wow running on 0.9.22 or any earlier versions.
Specifically selecting options in wow then selecting key bindings you can assign
a n action to a key. This doesn't work, when you press a key you should see the
key number ie 0123456789 or home,PgUp, PgDn, End etc appear on the key binding
button in wow. This doesn't happen.
A clue to the cause of the bug could be this ......
The numeric keypad button 0 is programmed in wow as standard to make the
character jump. Now, if you start the game, select you character & enter the
world then press the numeric keypad key '0' the character does indeed jump. If
you press numeric pad key '0' again, the character does not jump. So the key
basically can be pressed once then that's it...it won't work anymore.
If you exit the game & restart, then once again you can only use the key once.
This is not how it behaves in windows.
Any developers that know what general area I should start looking for the bug,
please let me know.
Regards
Nick

It turned out to be a permissions problem.
I.e. /dev/ttyS0 owned by root.
wine running under a different user.
A simple "sudo chown user /dev/ttyS0" fixed the problem.

I read that wine does not support VxDs, but would it be possible to add support
for the com12.vxd ? It is used when talking to com ports.
The pop-up at the beginning also does not appear correctly.
