I'm using the openGL engine for deusex and not the directx. You? Also, are you quite sure you are trying this at a resolution of 1280x1024 (set withing deusex) or greater? The problem does not show up for me at lower resolutions. I also have things set to "allow window manager to control the windows" instead of using a virtual desktop, which may make a difference.
