If utorrent is minimized from inside application and then maximized from taskbar back to full size, application window is 100% transparent and only borders are shown. My normal screen is 1280x1024 and the games switches to 640x480, and it appears that though the resolution has changed, virtual screen size remains an old one. I compared xrandr and xvidmode logs and see nothing drastically different - the same sequence of calls.
