Ubuntu 7.10 on AMD64 w/ Wine 0.9.46. Tried the Office install, uninstall Wine,
install wine 0.9.37, start a Windows app (Notepad), also started WinWord.exe
(got the "current user" error again), upgraded back to wine 0.9.46, problem
persists. There is a delay of about 3 seconds after successfully starting the
app before the "current user" error pops up.
Also tried to "repair" the Office 2003 install, no effect. Tried to re-install,
no effect.
When running bash#>wine WINWORD.EXE from the command shell, these last lines:
fixme:advapi:CheckTokenMembership ((nil) 0x18c178 0x34d9e8) stub!
fixme:nls:GetUserGeoID 16
fixme:ntdll:RtlNtStatusToDosErrorNoTeb no mapping for 8000000a
Appear to be the culprits.
Thanks.

As I wrote in comment #12 the bug is still there but doesn't affect Photoshop
anymore - the palettes are now managed. So I'm removing photoshop from the
summary

Tested with Photoshop 5.5 in current git. Seems like this has been fixed...

Heavy hitters have been working on this, so confirming...
(changing priority to P3; I'm using P2 for "photoshop cs2"
and P3 for "photoshop cs3", roughly...)
