This patch fixes the problem. Conformance test that shows windows' comctl32 default behavior (tested on native comctl32 with wine and in Win XP). Although this is a separate bug from #1115, it is for same files as my patches to #1115 and so to apply cleanly those will have to be applied first. Works fine if native comctl32 is installed.
