2 problems here
1. cmd.exe needs to set 9009 return code when it fails to launch a pgm
(This appears to be a batch specific return code)
2. Support for %errorlevel% needs to be added

Its "better" with this NWN toolset. However there's a strange flickering...
I suspect its got something to do w/ the way things are being drawn.
It kind of looks like a old TV who's vertical hold is out of adjustment.
I can't get a screen shot however. <shrug> xwd grabs a perfectly good dump.
Also, the "grid" is drawn still wrong. (See the attached screen shot. The
green, and red grid shouldn't be off and over like that.)

another patch
I should have marked the first patch as obsolete but it doesn't matter - the
call in the second one overwritten the first. I see why it had no chance to
work. Could you try this new one if it will make any change?

patch for ~ modifiers for parms 0-9
Actually I now have it all working for %0-9 (and the infrastructure there for
'for' loop variables) - see attached patch. Still working on a few more issues
then I'll submit it
