[Bug 5238] ActivePerl batch installer fails with cmd.exe error

However there's a strange flickering... I suspect its got something to do w/ the way things are being drawn. It kind of looks like a old TV who's vertical hold is out of adjustment. I can't get a screen shot however. <shrug> xwd grabs a perfectly good dump. Also, the "grid" is drawn still wrong. (See the attached screen shot.
