Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: blocker Priority: P2 Component: wine-richedit AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org ReportedBy: m.pisetta(a)int-software.it Application developed in VB6.0, using the Richtx32.ocx to edit text file dont work. I discovered a problem using the Richtx32.OCX, when I run the program and nter in the form that is using this .ocx I detect a Runtime error 7 Out Of Memory and stopped the program. I try to install and reinstall the Service pack 6 for VB, but without any god news! Then I try to reproject directly in VB6.0 a demo, to verify the problem and when I put the control on the form it give me the 'System Error &H80004002' and blocked the system. Some others have the same problem? Thank you. On my desktop, under Ubuntu 6.10 and with wine 0.9.30, everything works just fine (I do have the two cursors, but they stick together and the game does not hang). Both wines were downloaded and installed from the repositories of the two distros. I am of course ready to give any additionnal information / perform any test to help solving that bug.
