I added
StateTable[STATE_VERTEXSHADERCONSTANT].apply(STATE_VERTEXSHADERCONSTANT,
This->stateBlock); after the loop as suggested, and that appears to have fixed
it. Thus, it looks like the dirtification is broken.

Try adding VideoMemorySize as 256 (REG_SZ) in HKCU/Software/Wine/Direct3D,
otherwise Wine assumes a 64M video card. I have this set as 256 normally (as i
have a 256M video card as well), but when I set it back to 64, I noticed the
same issues as already described.

The same problem happens on DC++, if you enable the "Minize to system tray"
option. To fix it you have to right click the system tray icon and
select "Show".

I had the same problem and I was able to install it using an older wine version
(0.9.20). It seems that some changes to the mis core aren't liked by the Installer.

It's not x11drv. App supplies the bogus pointer to SetDIBits(bits=0x4803d78).
The question is - where is it coming from?
