[View More]seh log revealed that an exception is thrown, which the game handles by
shutting down silently. Tracking it with winedbg shows that the exception is
thrown during the intialization of the miles sound system.

Nope, nothing.
I have a theory: Could this be caused by an IP change, like those draconian
enforced reconnects by certain PPPoE providers today?
If so, maybe utorrent expects to be notified of such a thing via UPNP? utorrent
has support for UPNP (enabled by default when running under XP) - maybe
disabling …

Confirmed. Looking at the logs I suspect the err should just be downgraded to a
warn (those toolbar buttons are not supposed to have any images anyway, probably
an application bug - possibly in MFC)...

I'm using utorrent as my main BT client... never happened to me.

forms in wine then VB method "form.ARRANGE" not work correctly. In fact, the
method scaling of forms ARRANGE don't resize the form as in original width but
is about 1/3 larger. Any one detect this problem?
