Still there. (The data files are now in ~/Quicken, but I'm
not sure that's a new thing.)

Summary: iTunes start-up
Product: Wine
Version: 0.9.33.
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: wine-multimedia
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: NSquarticsurface(a)gmail.com
I'm using Ubuntu Dapper Drake and I have downloaded and successfully installed
iTunes and Quicktime, but iTunes won't start. My whole screen goes blank and
this is what is printed on the screen.
fixme:htmlhelp:HtmlHelpW HH case HH_INITIALIZE not handled.
fixme:d3d:IWineD3DDeviceImpl_GetAvailableTextureMem (0x1826d8) : stub,
simulating 64MB for now, returning 64MB left

fixme:ddraw:IDirectDrawImpl_SetCooperativeLevel (0x181e58)->((nil),00000008)
fixme:d3d:IWineD3DStateBlockImpl_Release Releasing primary stateblock
This probably isn't a bug, it is just me not knowing what is going wrong to fix it.

Please update to git Wine. Also, it looks like you need to run configure with
--verbose because you're missing development libs.

Make sure you have a 32-bit version of Xcursor installed that wine has access
to. Also make sure you have the development headers installed. If you need
help with figuring out either one of those, let me know. If all goes well, a
simple 'grep XCURSOR include/config.h' should return '#define
HAVE_X11_XCURSOR_XCURSOR_H 1' and '#define SONAME_LIBXCURSOR "libXcursor.so.1"'
or similar. (After running ./configure, of course.)
By the way, you should file a bug report for the unhandled exception and (if
possible) do some regression testing.

Confirming. I have seen exactly this behaviour in at least 0.9.31 and 0.9.32.
