There is only a small problem left: if QueryServiceStatusEx() caller really need service process id, it should be saved upon service_start_process() (maybe in service_data) and returned later. Though the process id issue requires very little SCM related changes i leave this exercise to SCM/advapi subsystem maintainer :) With that, the tool works as expected (returning real service status).
