I am not getting the same problem, using self-compiled version for SVN, fetched
just after 0.9.35 release.
Try compiling it from source, there may be something wrong with the package you
downloaded.

When settings shaders to ultra-high buildings and units do not show up anymore.
No shader itself is actually visible.
Attached is the output of wine when running C&C3 with shaders set to low and
shaders set to ultahigh. Also attached is a diff for your convenience.
