I upgraded to the latest wine and still receive the error. I was missing a number of DLL files for this program. I downloaded the files from http://www.dll-files.com/ and installed them in ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system. I do not know if I'm missing something, such as a parameter. If you would like me to send you the tarred gzipped file containing everything, please let me know. I will attach the data dump after I create this report.
