As far as I know the paches from Stefan Doesinger (multithreaded d3d) are not yet good enough for inclusion in git. The dsound patch is just a hack irc, so will not be included. Your patch has a lot of unnecessary whitespace changes, due to that it's hard to see what it really does. 2.
