Under Windows -running uTorrent, it binds port -establishing gazillion connections -closing program -running program again, it binds port works every time, under Wine it takes up to 10 minutes after closing uTorrent for the port to be ready to be bound again. I found this http://hea-www.harvard.edu/~fine/Tech/addrinuse.html and checked against SO_REUSEADDR just for kicks and saw that its not implemented under wine. It fails in the very same way. I also tried to change the work directory, but without success... The game is not even unpacked as mentionned by Vit. It really breaks very early in the installation process.
