Changing parser.c so the quotes state is entered for both single and double quotes gets beyond that problem but it then bombs out later on... I tried SOF2 on my new machine yesterday and it didn't have these reinit problems; but I can't say whether the reinit problems were actually fixed in WINE or never manifested on the new machine in the first place due to different runtime libs. I suppose you can change this BUG to fixed because it looks like WINE doesn't work at all anymore on machines prone to have this problem in the first place.
