Audio settings ALSA and OSS both have checks in winecfg. Hardware acceleration: Emulation, sample rate 22050, bits per sample 8. Driver emulation checked. I'm running Gentoo Linux with 2.6.21-r3 kernel patched with gentoo and cfs patches. Using CFQ I/O Scheduler and voluntary desktop pre-empt.
