I tried the demo, and can confirm the patch fixes the bug. I don't know why it
wasn't accepted, maby it needs a testcase. Sound works nice, so is not a sound
bug. Maybe someone who knows a lot about cursoricon can have a look.
The keyboard ingame dow not work, but that's another bug, mouse seems to work
fine

Also effects Lego Rock Raiders. Lego Rock Raiders suffers the same amstream
fixme's as Monopoly, and with native amstream it crashes in a quit similar way.

Same problem when trying to uninstall Apple Safari with 0.9.58. Seems similar.
But I don't know if this is similar or not(and if I should open a new bug
entry).

Doesn't seem to happen with current wine and openoffice 2.4.0.
I'm going to call it fixed even though I don't know which
side fixed it.

It's still suboptimal here. The mouse lags badly on most of the screen, but if
the pointer is in the status bar region of the screen, it moves normally.
I get there errors still:
fixme:win:EnumDisplayDevicesW ((null),0,0x33f084,0x00000000), stub!
fixme:xrandr:X11DRV_XRandR_SetCurrentMode Cannot change screen BPP from 32 to 8
fixme:dinput:SysMouseAImpl_Acquire Clipping cursor to (0,0)-(640,480)
Perhaps the last one means something?

Reporters, describe this more exactly, please. I've ran Icewind Dale with many
versions of wine and never seen this problem. What do I need to reproduce? In
wine compiled from current git I can create characters, both by setting all
parameters manually and by importing and start a game. Do you get this bug all
the time or it happens occasionally? Have you tried with a new .wine directory?
Tried with and without patch 1.06.

Oh, and the game uses SafeDisc v1 by the way.
I think SafeDisc is what's causing the crash since C:\Program Files\SimTheme
Park\TP.ICD (In my backtrace) is a SafeDisk file.
(See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SafeDisk#SafeDisc_.28V1.29)

0.9.58 backtrace
Arg, forgot that I was using a nocd crack since my disk was getting all
scratched... My fault; sorry. Using the real disk without any cracks gives me a
page fault.
My crash with the real disk seems to be different than with yours, though. (I
get a page fault, you get an illegal instruction) I've attached the crash log.
Again, sorry about the confusion. And hey, at least you can run the game with a
nocd crack. :D

Well, did you do any modifications? I installed it and patched it to 2.0.
That's all.
I also tried to run it in virtual desktop mode.
