I tested it today with wine 0.9.58 and with VFP 9.0 & VFP 7.0.
The problem is still there.
If you have open and docked any toolbar, after opening form/class edit window,
edited object is incorectly possitioned.
See attached pictures.

Reassigning bug to the default assignee. It's a font problem which I know
nothing about :-/

I explained that in other places(mailing list, irc, some other bug report)
already: I think this bug is unfixable without moving DDraw and D3D into the X
server. CrossOver has a hacky workaround that makes QuickTime and Itunes happy,
but this workaround is not correct. If we wanted a correct workaround we'd have
to read the X11 screen into the surface each time the front buffer is locked,
which will make performance of e.g. quicktime drop to one frame every few
seconds.
I'd say take this bug off the 1.0 buglist, it is unfixable.

Proper fix will probably require being able to read XInput
events from main mouse, which is an X change. We're going to
have a Wine representative at next month's X Developers Conference,
that might help.
But X changes are slow, so deferring. (Sorry, folks.)

Changing description. Also changing version to current, since
this is a different problem than originally described (yeah,
I should have opened a new bug).

I no longer see this problem with current weatherbug.
Instead, weatherbug fails to run because it doesn't seem
to have installed wxdist.dll.
To repeat:
sh winetricks vcrun6 wsh56
wine start WeatherbugSetupZ6157.msi
Here's the interesting bit of the log:
err:ole:CoGetClassObject class {6c736db1-bd94-11d0-8a23-00aa00b58e10} not
registered (is that ado15?)

err:module:import_dll Library WxDist.dll (which is needed by L"C:\\Program

Changing component to unknown, removing 1.0.0 target.
