Means the connecting problem also appears when not hosting a dedicated server. Also it's dependent on "intercommunication" between windows and wine. For example when hosting a non-dedicated server in wine, another SS client running on wine (and on a remote system) can join the game. A windows client is unable to do so. So this is not fixed... This was remedied when I hit the ALT key. The cursor appeared along with a little icon in the top left corner.
