This is caused by a regression. When I run the program, it starts the program and gives me the popup screen that tells me "It appears that Call of Duty did not quit properly the last time it ran." Is it possible for you to build the 4.0 qpi.exe with debug information and without optimisation and attach the exe file here? 4.5 works, but still gives similar errors. It looks like the program is buggy, but happens to work under windows due to the stack layout (i.e. maybe the stack is zeroed on windows). This menu is either accessed by right-clicking the taskbar entry for PuTTY OR by right-clicking the window title of the current session. I believe this bug is present in all versions of PuTTY and can be recreated in version 0.60.
