Is there already a way to let wine know that it is running on a ci-fs (like
ciopfs or zfs-fuse with 'casesensitivity=insensitive' property set)?

Summary: chromium's base_unittest.exe fails on
StatsTableTest.MultipleProcesses, but only with
warn+heap
Product: Wine
Version: 1.1.32
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: dank(a)kegel.com
When run with warn+heap or valgrind, the test fails with
[ RUN ] StatsTableTest.MultipleProcesses
.\stats_table_unittest.cc(231): error: Value of: table.GetCounterValue(name)
Actual: 24947
Expected: 1313 * kMaxProcs
Which is: 26260
[ FAILED ] StatsTableTest.MultipleProcesses (10647 ms)
To reproduce:
wget http://kegel.com/wine/chromium/chromium-tests.tar.bz2
tar -xjvf chromium-tests.tar.bz2
WINEDEBUG=warn+heap src/chrome/debug/base_unittests.exe
--gtest_filter=StatsTableTest.MultipleProcesses
See also http://crbug.com/10611 for analysis of a similar problem
on linux and mac; they think it fails there because flock() didn't work
across threads, or something.
I suspect this is a problem with the test rather than with wine,
just recording it here for posterity. We can reopen it if it turns
out to really be a wine bug.

Terminal output.
Hello every one.
I was trying to start Bonniers Trafikskola 2006 (BT2006) which has been
working...
the app is macromedia based, it shows the intro video then crashes..
but after a update From Ubuntu GNU/Linux 9.04 to 9.10 it stopped working,
I da not know if it is a regression in wine (never understood the instructions
on the wiki) or a bug in the OS...
anyway I attached the crashlog..

--- Comment #11 from Andrew Nguyen <arethusa26(a)gmail.com> 2009-11-07 05:22:36 ---
I suspect this may be a crypt32 bug. From +relay,+seh log:
0009:Call advapi32.CryptSetKeyParam(050445a0,00000002,0032be5c,00000000)
ret=298fdf8f
0009:Call rsaenh.CPSetKeyParam(00000002,00000004,00000002,0032be5c,00000000)
ret=7ec204cd
0009:Ret rsaenh.CPSetKeyParam() retval=00000000 ret=7ec204cd
0009:Ret advapi32.CryptSetKeyParam() retval=00000000 ret=298fdf8f
0009:Call KERNEL32.GetLastError() ret=298fdf99
0009:Ret KERNEL32.GetLastError() retval=8009000a ret=298fdf99
At a certain point in the file loading process, Microsoft Money 2001 seems to
do cryptographic operations and calls CryptSetKeyParam with KP_SALT value,
which is not implemented in rsaenh's CPSetKeyParam. The bug component should
probably be revised accordingly.
