Flipping the ingame setting to fullscreen and back to windowed works but places the window down and to the right of the initial specified position. Re-installing Wine 1.0 fixed the issue. Open Notepad++, and immediately try to save a file as 'foo'. Under windows, you'll get a blank file named foo. Under wine, you get an error dialog 'Please check whether if this file is open in another program'. I'll add an automated test for this soonish. If you type a name with an extension, the map is exported without any problems, and the next time you want to export another map, you'll get the last name used in the File name field.
