This is probally because ventrilo uses some sort of tree-view like list display. I installed Ventrilo 3.0.5 under native Window and under wine 1.1.24. I attached a screenshots of the native and wine version. Resizing the windows does not work propperly, and I can confirm the incorrect display of the list/tree view.
