In winecfg I have tryed windows versions 98 and XP. I have tryed with and without desktop emulation. I have tryed with and without the Pixel shader. All with same result. Any other suggestions? I would be happy to get this working; it crashes intermittently while playing it on winXP. I'm running Ubuntu 7.10 with wine 1.0.0 from the repo. Alexander can you please retest? Tested against current git (wine-1.1.25-133-g7cc7e7b) with the version available here: http://www.thehandofagony.com/alex/sonicstage-3.1-cd Terminal output attached and there are errors in it but the installer doesn't fail to complete nor does it give the "Windows version not supported" error as per the bug report so I would say it is no longer a bug as reported.
