File a bug. 2. Try to file another. 3. Error: You already used this form to log bug xxxx. In Firefox, you can just hit refresh and it keeps all the data in the form and assigns a new ID, so the bug can then be filed. Presumably the cache is doing what it's supposed to, and the web server should be issuing the correct header. IIRC all Bugzillas do this.
