Cuando se trata de instalar la aplicación compumap, surge el siguiente error:
fixme:ntdll:find_reg_tz_info Can't find matching timezone information in the
registry for bias 180, std (d/m/y): 0/00/0000, dlt (d/m/y): 0/00/0000

if we change the time zone from setting date / time in ubuntu, change values to
0/00/0000 by the corresponding time zone, and the error remains.
the zone that corresponds to my location is: America / Argentina / Buenos_Aires

wine-1.1.19-231-g0834736 backtrace
Turbo Lister 2 hangs the first time it is run, and causes an unhandled
exception the second time it is run when trying to create a new item.
To get this far, workarounds are required for Bug 4286 and Bug 18177 (native
msxml3) and mdac25 are required.

This affects enter_bug.cgi too.
1. File a bug.
2. Try to file another.
3. Error: You already used this form to log bug xxxx.
In Firefox, you can just hit refresh and it keeps all the data in the form and
assigns a new ID, so the bug can then be filed.
Presumably the cache is doing what it's supposed to, and the web server should
be issuing the correct header.
IIRC all Bugzillas do this.
There is a similar discussion here:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=156865
(Although from what I quickly read the bug seems to claim that the opposite
occurs).

Summary: Add the possibility to monitor an entire application
Product: WineHQ Apps Database
Version: unspecified
Platform: All
OS/Version: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: enhancement
Priority: P2
Component: appdb-unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: alexandru.balut(a)gmail.com
Currently, it is possible to monitor an entire application only if you are a
super maintainer of that application. It would be nice to allow any user to
monitor an entire application, instead of just a specific version of an
application.

Is this still an issue in current (1.2-rc2 or newer) Wine?
