I confirm this bug. On counter-strike 1.6, with wine 1.2 release, instead of it displaying the MOTD or the top 15 ranking, it displays a blank black box. Very often the game crashes with unhandled page fault during the loading. Tested with Catalyst 9.8, 9.9, ... to 10.4 on Mobility Radeon HD 4650 and Mobility Radeon HD 3200.
