The COM implementation in dsound is pretty bad. So bad that until now I excluded it from my COM cleanup work. Most likely the correct fix is to merge struct IKsBufferPropertySetImpl into struct IDirectSound3DListenerImpl (and a couple of other COM objects too) and clean it up as per http://wiki.winehq.org/ComCleanup .
