I've switched to standard Gnome3 shell and don't have this problem anymore, regardless of options I set in winecfg. Unity is so buggy anyways. Application succesfully saved new created file but only once (opening and saving it again crashes programm the same way). I'm not completly sure but i belive it's a regression error (as i remember saving option was ok around wine 0.9.54 but there was some other issues which had made the application not usable and i didn't really work with it, so i'm not sure). Crash output is attached. I am on Wine 1.3.25 with NVidia drivers version 275.19/GeForce GTX 570.
