It has a main background window and several child windows, including a 3D viewport using openGL. When running on the KDE desktop using the Window Manager, moving the window causes the cursor to flash between the normal pointer and the cross shaped move window icon, and the mouse buttons and keyboard to become unresponsive for between 20 seconds and one hour. Eventually the flashing stops and the window can then be moved. When run on the desktop without using the window manager or decorations, this problem does not occur. Install the application, decline the extra messenger program. Start it up, and the program will throw an exception. Backtrace indicates jscript, and 'winetricks -q wsh57' works around it. The attached patch adds the functions to the tapi32.dll and allows Millennium to run in a non-central station capacity. (i.e.: View/Modify accounts, create work orders, etc.) It was suggested in the forums that I submit it here for cleanup and possible integration into wine proper.
