At 12 minutes in, the install was at 24%, cpu usage spiked, and internal fans were spinning on high so I did not let it finish. ConfigurationTool.exe doesn't start, it pops up 2 error windows: > The Direct3D device has a non-zero reference count, meaning some objects were not released. followed by > An error occurred in the device create callback function.
