Terminal output
When playing Lighting Warrior Raidy, in game text is not displayed except for
character names and the interface itself. This would seem to indicate a missing
or broken font, but my font configuration works fine with other games. While I
shouldn't need to do this I also tried copying fonts into
~/.wine/drive_c/windows/Fonts including japanese fonts from a windows
installation (which might be needed) and installing windows truetype fonts with
winetricks.Neither of these fixed the issue.I tried forcing a japanese local
with LC_ALL=ja_JP too (but again, this is probably not needed)
Terminal output is attached both with and without WINEDEBUG=+font

Ive been playing Jedi Academy for a long time. I just switched to ubuntu from
Windows. I installed and instantly noticed a problem with the mouse. The mouse
seems to speed up and slow down randomly.
http://youtu.be/cZmH1LrnGv8
I'm using a Logitch G500. It only happens in-game. In League of Legends (also
running through wine), it works perfectly fine.
I have tried disabling mouse acceleration both in-game and in the system.
Cheers.

Bug #: 30620
Summary: bitcomet slows down (almost hangs) when opening
torrent with 2000+ files
Product: Wine
Version: 1.5.3
Platform: x86
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: minor
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: cseba00(a)yahoo.com
Classification: Unclassified
When opening the torrent with 2000+ files, the dialog window shows (it takes a
while though) and lets you select the destination folder, after that the
program slows down to the point of almost hanging (this doesn't happen with
normal torrents with 5 or 6 files) making it unusable. This bug was present in
previous versions of wine. The behavior in previous versions was that
periodically the program would start working for a couple of seconds, and then
hang for five minutes or so. In the last version, it was not tested if this
behavior was still present, but the program still hangs like in previous
versions.

Windows XP can be set to not blink cursors using the Keyboard control panel.
Wine has a similar setting in win.ini (see bug 10106).
Setting the blink rate to None on Windows stops the cursor from blinking in
Firefox, but in Wine it does not affect Firefox.

Summary: Wine do not write events in logfiles for standalone
games servers

i m using wine 1.5.10 (i have tested also v1.4-->1.5.8 ) on a dedicated server
running on Debian Squeeze 64bits.
I start servers of games like brink, mw3, Sev2 (these games can be loaded
freely via the steam tool).
Everything is working good. Servers are running and we can play multiplayer
without trouble.
But the logs of games are always empty.
For example with SEv2 :
When the game start a file called "connection_log_PORT.txt" is created and
writed (all is ok here) and a second called "dedicated_console.txt" is empty.
Normally this second file should show all actions on server. It is not the
case.
I started the programm with this option too "&> log.txt". The file is created
but it is empty.
I tried also to start the game with Wine under vnc. The game start and console
show all events but they are not writen inside file called
"dedicated_console.txt".
We tried on 2 dedicated servers with the same result.
The problem seems comin from Wine which do not write on these kind of files.
For these games i have installed xvfb-run and winetricks
