Bug #: 31461
Summary: Starcraft II (patch 1.5.1) crashes after playing
Squadron TD for a while
Product: Wine
Version: 1.5.10
Platform: x86
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: sven.koehler(a)gmail.com
Classification: Unclassified
If I play Squadron TD for a while (Starcraft II, patch 1.5.1), graphics errors
show up and eventually (usually 30sec later), Starcraft II crashed with the
following error of the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library:
R6034, An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library
incorrectly. Sometimes, Starcraft also reports that my computer doesn't have
enough graphics memory.
It's quite undeterministic. Sometimes, I can play whole games without a crash.
But it usually crashes.
This might be related to Bug 16577.
I'm using nvidia-drivers 304.22 and 295.71. My graphics card has 512MB RAM.
Starcraft runs without crashes on Windows.

Summary: Guild Wars 2: Installation window is hidden
Product: Wine
Version: 1.5.19
Platform: x86-64

After reinstalling my system I wanted to install Guild Wars 2 too. The
installer downloaded the initial files (~10 MB) and after this it switched to
the window where I can install the game but it was visible for less than a
second. The window was still available in my taskbar but I couldn't maximize it
anymore.
A workaround to still install the game is to click the installation button in
the few milliseconds the installation window is visible.

Summary: Unity: Wine icon only appears for all Windows
applications
Product: Wine
Version: unspecified
Hardware: x86
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: minor
Priority: P2
Component: loader
Assignee: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
Reporter: es20490446e(a)gmail.com
If I start an application using Crossover (or Wine), the application will
always be the Wine Logo instead of the application logo. This is the same
independent of the application being run or using Wine instead of Crossover.
That makes sense if the application has no logo, but it gets confusing running
multiple Microsoft Office programs - and all of them have the same logo.
The hint text for the icon is also "Wine Windows Program Loader" instead of
"Document 1 - Microsoft Word" as it should be.
Unity does not seem to allow Wine/Crossover to use application icons and title
text.
I have confirmed that this issue does NOT occur in Gnome Classic, and is only a
Unity flaw.
Downstream report is at
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/1103833.

Backtrace from opening Flying Beast park
No limits 2 coaster simulator crashes when I try to load a park. (To
replacate, open program, click play, select park, click ok. The backtrace
attached is from when I selected Flying Beast.)
This bug is only present when using wine64. (The simulator comes as both 32

Basically, while running Final Fantasy III (Steam) in Windows 7 mode, I get an

platform plugin 'Windows'.
Reinstalling the Application may fix this problem."
Switching back to XP mode works just fine..
