I've posted this bug on imgburn forum and got an advice to use aspi. But my drive writes extremely slow using ASPI. imgburn's community supposed that it's bug of wine. I've tried taking the literal dlls from my own windows 7 install, i've also tried following everything else that others have said to do but it just refuses to run. I am currently using the trial download that they offer you on their home page. It's refusing to run and just shows a ie window and it says "server not found" then when i close that window dreamweaver just dies. I have attached a log of the console output, and have a +seh,+tid,+relay log as well, but it is fairly large, even when compressed.
