Ok i solved the Codec Problem, but the game still crashes on startup, see log. It showed me error which is attached. At first, it requires mfc42.dll. According to Bug 657 https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=657, we have to use winetricks to download the mfc42.dll. I did that, and the setup worked fine till 96%.
