in wine 1.7.31, this bug only manifests itself when i select "emulate a virtual
desktop" in winecfg. when i run Photoshop 7 in an emulated virtual desktop,
clicking inside the main window will make the main window render over the
toolbox and pallettes.

if i turn off the option in winecfg, photoshop behaves normally.
