--- Comment #7 from shepdanellos@gmail.com --- Can confirm that this bug still occurs in wine 9.10. However, a workaround to get the store to temporarily work is to go to the game directory and clear the "Utils" folder. Then head the the Battle.net launcher and hit Update.
The in-game store should work for one session, but it may take long to load.
