Created another virtual machine and installed Ubuntu-mate 22.04

Installed wine 10.0 and latest version of winetricks.
IE8 was installed with winetricks
Wine was configured to Windows 7.

Ubuntu-mate 22.04 has libgnutls30 version 3.7.3-4ubuntu1.5
In 22.04 IE8 seems to function without the GnuTLS error.
Tested few pages and these seem to work: 
www.winehq.org 
www.google.com.

Pages that seem not to work: 
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page
https://www.iana.org/help/example-domains

Couple pages which presumably are http only seem to work:
example.com (here is a link to iana.org which do not work)
http://httpforever.com/
