Compile error in dlls/wininet/netconnection.c

Hello, Robert! Your last change in dlls/wininet/netconnection.c breaks compilation without openssl: netconnection.c:246: error: syntax error before '*' token make: *** [netconnection.o] Error 1 It happens because check_hostname() uses an argument of unknown type X509. Also, check_hostname() is unused. The simplest fix would be to define check_hostname() only when it's used. Wine in relation to domains,accounts and such

Hi, are there any plans (or need for that matter) to have domains and accounts implemented like windows does. Do we need for example a SID of our own or should we able to generate one (winecfg ?). Apart from the numerous stubs there doesn't seem to be much in place, please correct me if I'm wrong. One thing I already saw that we don't have a SECURITY branch in our HKLM. It's not that I'm looking for something to do right now, but just a general question. Any idea's, thoughts ? Cheers, Paul.

Suggestion for the FAQ.

I was trying to use wine with some M$ software from behind our company firewall. All outgoing connections need to go through our proxy server. I was surprised when the proxy server question did not appear in the FAQ. To get it to work, I edited my ~/.wine/user.reg and added "ProxyEnable"=dword:00000001 "ProxyServer"="www-proxy.americas.sgi.com:8080" In the section titled: [Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Internet Settings] 1133455573 Can a note to this effect be added to the FAQ? Dereferencing a pointer in winedbg

Is it possible to dereference a pointer in winedbg? Help says that "*$eax" is a valid expression. But when I'm trying to use it it saying: Wine-dbg>p *$eax No type or type mismatch Is there are a way to do this? -- Best regards, Vitaliy
