Hi Jactry,

I was not very certain about how to translate those two strings, so I
just translated and marked them fuzzy. I thought maybe someone else
would review it and update it in the future.

If it's indeed not appropriate, I could send a v2 patch and remove the
translation / remove the fuzzy label.

Just let's remove them, because I think this sentence is ambiguity:
"它同样可被用于验证以及对信息进行签名。". And I'm sorry
that I can't provide a better translation.

One more issue:
It seems we need use fullwidth symbol instead of halfwidth in these lines.
