WineConf 2025 venue change

Folks,

We were recently notified by The Mercure Hotel, where WineConf was going
to be held, that their renovations have gone sideways and they've had to
move us to the NH Den Haag hotel:

It's not too far from the previous location, and actually closer to the
train station so hopefully it won't be too much of an inconvenience. All
the other details (dates etc.) are staying the same. The WineConf wiki
page has been updated with the new information.

We are also working on the agenda, and will put it up on the wiki page
once it's finalized. If you volunteered to give a talk, I'll be
contacting you shortly to work out the details.
