I am expecting the Wine Party Fund to reimburse me for hotel expenses this year, but I am still totally happy to have a roommate. Please let me know if any of you would like to cut down your travel costs by sharing a room.

Nobody's offered yet. I already booked a room with 2 beds for October 27-29. If you want to share it, the hotel raises the room price by 85 PLN/day for breakfast for a second person, which you can give me in cash while we're there.

Actually, the Wine Party Fund might cover your 255 PLN. If it can, you won't have to worry about a thing, I'll just add the extra cost to my reimbursement request after the fact.
