'lo all,
As I arrive beginning of the afternoon on the Friday (actually, I should be at 1 PM at the train station), who would be there to do something on the afternoon (like visiting Stuttgart or stuff like that) ?
I should only have a backpack so I could leave directly from the station and only go to the hotel on the evening to check-in and to leave for the evening meal.

Since I will take a day off on Friday, I will have enough time to do whatever is needed (this may include a Stuttgart visit). The Daimler museum is waiting...
Who else would be available on Friday for some planning etc.?

I'll be landing in Stuttgart on Friday at 12:00. I'll have to get to the hotel and check in, and after that I'll gladly tag along to any educational/interesting activities you had in mind, Daimler museum included.

The Daimler museum certainly is only *one* suggestion by me, this is what might interest some of us technically oriented people. Another idea might be shopping/walking on Koenigstraße.
BTW, my mobile number is +49 174 6197363 ( 0174 61... )

So now we just need to formalize a meeting point for the afternoon tour of Stuttgart (and to see if we try to eat together or not before / during the tour).
My mobile number is +33 6 17 16 84 73 (SMS preferable to not pay the roaming tax :-) ).

I'll arrive too late to join you (4:50pm at the train station). Is it still ok to meet at the deusche telekom hotel at 5:30pm as said on the wiki ?
My cellular phone number : +33 6 30 89 59 36

I could/would arrive in Stuttgart coming from Tübingen (possibly with some other conferees) at about 14:30h and would be interested in joining any Stuttgart-based afternoon activities. My cellphone is +49-179-54 00 885.
The Koenigstraße idea sounds good to me, but I'm very flexible in that respect :)
