Wineconf 2007 survey

Hi Folks,

Well, I was hoping that out of the chatter following my last email,
we'd have consenus about the location.

However, the overwhelming silence didn't really help :-/.  So, to try to
help
get some forward momentum, I thought we should turn to a survey
again - then we'd just pick the most popular spot.
