[Bug 26465] Sound Recorder cannot convert audio codec/sample rate, due to 'acmFormatChooseW' missing

This bug should be marked as fixed. But Still interesting that all previously (WINE 1.3.8 with no GStreamer) supported ACM codecs: GSM 6.10, IMA-ADPCM, MS-ADPCM, a-Law, u-Law (except PCM) was now unusable, but still listed in Sound Recorder's codec list. I think it's not related, so I would file another bug for that.
