Hello, That's exactly the state of the game for me since 4.8, using the 32-bit vsyscall workaround variant (I haven't tried the glibc workaround). https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47198#c54 I was once told that every League of Legends issue was known and that my issue was a dupe or something I missed, but no combination of the existing staging/workarounds/hacks did make it work past that for me. It must be another issue but I gave up with debugging that game myself. So maybe you want to file a new bug report for that.
